Outgoing Employee Transition Checklist

This checklist is prepared by Lora Highwell of VitaWell Solutions, for an efficient and smooth transition following the end of contract of our esteemed employee, John Bolt. The purpose of this checklist is to ensure a seamless transition and to maintain a positive relationship between the employee and the company.

 

Administrative Tasks (Exit Interview, Final Pay, etc.)
Transfer of Rights and Responsibilities
IT-Related Tasks (Deactivating Accounts, Returning of Equipment, etc.)
Communication regarding Exit with Team
Documentation (Update Employee Records)

 

Please make sure to complete each task and tick off corresponding items to ensure all necessary protocols have been executed properly. A thorough completion of this checklist ensures that we uphold our commitment to respecting and supporting our employees’ transition both in and out of the company.
