How to Write a Meeting Agenda
- You may begin by writing a title about your agenda. You should make a title that will make readers know and understand that it is an agenda and what are the topics that the meeting will cover.

- Make your agenda 3 days in advance. If you send it in advanced, it ensures that participants have enough time to prepare the notes they will need. This can also help if there are details that does not match with what they are expecting.
