What Are the Components of an Interview Agenda?

- Questions for the Applicant. The employer asks questions based on the position the applicant is applying,and the skills and qualifications of the applicant that will make them perfect for the job.
- Questions from the Applicant. This is the part when the employer gives the applicant a chance to ask questions and clarifications.
- Wrapping Up. The last part of the interview where the employer informs the applicant how soon they will be able to hear back from the company.
