Step 3: Terms of Use

Step 4: Royalties
In this section, state how much you would be charging them. Based on whether an individual or a company is using your product, you should be charging accordingly. A company would be getting multiple orders and has the capacity to use your product a number of times. So if you are planning to give lifetime access then keep that in mind while creating the pricing structure.
Step 5: Statement of Acceptance
In the final space, there should be a statement saying that by signing this contract the parties agree to the terms and conditions that have been mentioned above. Then leave a place for the signature and name of both the parties. If either or both the parties have some sort of company seal, they can make use of that in this section.
