Step 3: Explain the Terms of Booking and Payment

The travel agency will be held fully responsible for all the transactions made in the name of the company using the company account. Step 5: Duration of Agreement and Bank Details of Both the Parties
The agreement will need to specify the date of agreement and the duration for which it remains valid.
