A release of liability form (also called a waiver or Liability Waiver Form) is a legal document that is signed between two entities. In this form, one party agrees to “release” the other from any blame or legal risk that might arise from some necessary action on their part, per the agreement contract for some other service.
You will need this form to protect others, as well as to protect yourself.
When Will You Need a Liability Release Form?
In almost every scenario where you sense a real risk of being sued for damages. This is most obvious when you are hosting an event or a trip or running a sports activity center. But it will also include any scenario where sensitive tasks and confidential material is being handled.
