A subscription remains on auto-renewal indefinitely unless the customer cancels or terminates it. Subscribers have the right to cancel their subscriptions at any time. They can do so by contacting us or directly through their DASHBOARD. If they opt to cancel, the outcome depends on the timing of their cancellation. They need to be aware of the following consequences:
- Before the expiration date of your chosen type of subscription.
- Your current subscription remains active, granting you access to download templates until the final day of its renewal period.
- Subscriptions will be terminated upon reaching the renewal date.
- After your subscription's renewal date.
- Your subscription will be downgraded to a FREE account, subject to the applicable limitations and licenses.
- You will no longer have access to the templates you previously downloaded.
- Additionally, you will not be able to download any PRO templates.
