Dear Ms. Katey Price,
I regret to inform you that I will be resigning from my position as an Event Planner at PlusOne's Event and Catering, effective two weeks from today's date. This decision has not come easily, as I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company and the opportunities it has provided me. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am required to relocate, leaving me no choice but to step down from my current role.
During my tenure at PlusOne's Event and Catering, I have had the privilege of working alongside a talented and dedicated team. I am grateful for the valuable experience and skills I have gained, which will undoubtedly contribute to my future professional growth. I want to express my sincerest gratitude for the opportunities and support that I have received during my time with the company.
Please know that I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition. I am more than willing to assist in any way possible to transfer my responsibilities to a suitable replacement and provide comprehensive handover documentation. It is my intention to tie up any loose ends and complete any outstanding projects before my departure.
I am genuinely appreciative of the trust and confidence you have placed in me as an Event Planner. I believe PlusOne's Event and Catering will continue to excel in providing exceptional services to its clients. I will greatly miss the wonderful colleagues I have had the pleasure of working with and wish everyone continued success in their future endeavors.
