Supply Chain Manager Resignation Letter

Dear Ms. Jane Bacus,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as Supply Chain Manager at Caberlie Inc. effective two weeks from the date of this email. It is with a heavy heart that I make this decision, but unfortunately, due to health reasons, I am no longer able to continue in my current role.

Over the past few months, I have been struggling with a chronic health condition that has started to significantly impact my ability to perform my duties effectively. During my remaining two weeks at the company, I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition of my responsibilities to a suitable replacement. I will do everything in my power to document and share any pertinent information that will assist in maintaining the efficiency and continuity of the supply chain operations.
