Research Analyst Resignation Letter

Professor Terry A. Stout

University Professor and Head Researcher

1733 Hardesty Street

North Greenbush, NY 12144

Dear Professor Stout,

I hope this email finds you well.

It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter to formally resign from my position as a Research Analyst at Nexus Incorporated. Although it has been a privilege to work with such a reputable organization, I have recently been offered an exciting opportunity that I believe aligns more closely with my long-term career goals.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the support and guidance you have provided during my tenure at Nexus Incorporated. The knowledge and experience I gained under your leadership have been invaluable, and I am truly grateful for the opportunities I have had to grow both professionally and personally.

My last day of employment will be on June 30, 2050. I assure you that I will do my utmost to ensure a smooth transition of my responsibilities. I am more than willing to assist in training or mentoring a replacement during this period to minimize any disruption to ongoing projects or deliverables.

As I embark on this new chapter of my career, I would like to extend my willingness to remain a resource to Nexus Incorporated, should the need arise in the future. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me at frances.quintal@nexusinc.com or 222-555-7777.

Once again, I want to extend my deepest appreciation for the opportunities and experiences I have had at Nexus Incorporated. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you and the entire team. I wish you continued success in all your endeavors.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Warm regards,

Frances Quintal
