Executive Summary

[Kemsin’s Chocolate Factory] will have its first soft opening for its chocolate factory from January 25, 2025, to February 04, 2025, and only 20 individuals are allowed per day. This aims to focus on both kids and adults who enjoy knowing how chocolates are made more than they taste. The company will give a 50% budget from the total revenue for the promotions for a 3-month timeline.

Objectives

The company’s marketing objectives will be the following:

  1. Increase the excitement of people for the first six months of business 
  2. Grow the digital presence within the next 3 months

Buyer Persona

Heidy Smith is a 30-year-old mother of 2 young children and lives in Ontario, Canada. Her family is a sweet tooth and enjoys any chocolates, but preferably dark. It is always their dream to visit a chocolate factory and see how it's made.

Target Market

The company targets the general public who enjoys buying and eating chocolates in different shapes and adventurous flavors, but most especially, those who are curious about how these are made. All millennials and adults, ages 18 to 50 years old, are welcome to experience making chocolates, and they can bring home a bag full of sweets.
