March 10, 2055
Dear Ms. Pfister,
I am writing to formally request a leave of absence for bank purposes, effective from March 15th to March 20th, 2055. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my absence during this period. Please be assured that I have made appropriate arrangements to ensure that my responsibilities are taken care of during my absence.
My leave is to attend to personal banking matters that require my immediate attention. I understand the importance of maintaining regular work hours; however, these banking issues are time-sensitive and cannot be postponed. I have already informed my immediate supervisor, Mr. Smith, about this matter and he has approved my leave request.
During my absence, I have discussed this with my colleague, Mr. Johnson, and he has kindly agreed to assume my responsibilities and manage any urgent matters that may arise. I am confident in his ability to handle these tasks effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to our team's workflow.
As agreed upon with my supervisor, I am fully committed to returning to work on March 21st, 2055. If there are any matters that require my attention during my absence, I can be reached via email at allie.wiggins@email.com.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration regarding this matter. I assure you that upon my return, I will promptly catch up on any missed work and contribute my utmost to the team's success.
Please do not hesitate to inform me if any necessary documentation or formal processes are required for this leave. I will be glad to comply with any requirements accordingly.
Sincerely,
Allie J. Wiggins
