Dear Chief Justice Breeden,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request a waiver on behalf of our law firm, Lasalle Law Firm, regarding the requirement of providing additional documentation during legal proceedings.
Our firm firmly believes that providing a well-reasoned argument along with the relevant background information is necessary to ensure a fair and just legal system. However, we kindly request a waiver due to the substantial amount of resources and time required to compile and submit supporting documentation for each case. This waiver will allow us to better allocate our resources towards diligently preparing our legal arguments and focusing on serving our clients to the best of our abilities.
Not granting this waiver request could potentially have significant implications for both our firm and our clients. The additional time and effort required to gather and organize supporting documentation may result in delayed legal proceedings, increased costs, and unnecessary burdens on our clients. By granting this waiver, we believe that the legal process will be more streamlined, enabling us to achieve a fair, efficient, and cost-effective solution for all parties involved.
Please find attached the relevant documentation supporting our request for a waiver, which includes references from legal professionals, testimonials, and examples of previous successful cases in which similar waivers were granted.
Thank you in advance for your kind consideration of our request. Should you have any further questions or require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me via email.
Yours sincerely,
Laverne Lasalle
Managing Attorney
