June 10, 2053
Curtis Larson
HR Manager
St. Joseph's Hospital
Miami, FL 33124
Dear Mr. Larson,
I am writing this letter to formally resign from my position as Staff Nurse at Evergreen General Hospital, effective June 25, 2053.
Due to recent health concerns, I have made the difficult decision to step down from my role. While I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at St. Joseph's Hospital and the opportunities it has provided, my health must take precedence.
I want to express my gratitude to you and the entire team for the support and guidance I have received during my tenure. It has been a privilege to work alongside such dedicated professionals, and I am proud of the contributions I have made during my time here.
In order to ensure a smooth transition, I am committed to tying up any loose ends and assisting with the training of my replacement. Please let me know how I can be of assistance during this transition process.
If there are any necessary documents or forms that need my attention before my departure, please inform me so I can promptly address them.
Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. I am confident that the team at St. Joseph's Hospital will continue to excel in providing exceptional care to patients.
Sincerely,
Sherri Kramer
