Dear Yolanda and Mamie,

We are pleased to formalize your partnership to establish a Limited Partnership with the purpose of real estate creation. This Partnership Letter outlines the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties. This Agreement shall be known as "Prestige Haven Realty".

Parties Involved

This partnership is established between the following parties:

• Mamie Beesley

Nature of Partnership

The partnership established is a Limited Partnership. Yolanda Watts and Mamie Beesley will be the designated partners in the partnership.

Terms and Conditions

The partners agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Each partner will contribute an equal amount of capital for the initial investment in real estate creation.

• Yolanda Watts will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the partnership.

• Mamie Beesley will provide expertise in identifying potential real estate opportunities and negotiating deals.

• Both partners will have equal decision-making power in matters related to the partnership.

• The partnership's profits and losses will be shared equally between the partners.

Duration and Termination

The duration of this partnership shall last from January 2060. Either partner may terminate the partnership by providing a written notice of 60 days to the other partner.

Financial Details

The partners shall maintain accurate financial records and accounts. Profits and losses will be distributed in proportion to each partner's capital contribution.
