Dear Ms. Aria,
I am writing to express our mutual interest in establishing a formal partnership between PureHarbor and ThriveWave After thorough discussions and careful consideration, we believe that a partnership would be mutually beneficial and enhance our collective strengths.
Partnership Objectives:
We aim to collaborate on the development and launch of innovative software solutions, combining the expertise of PureHarbor in user interface design with the cutting-edge technology offered by ThriveWave.
Roles and Responsibilities:
PureHarbor will lead the design and user experience aspects, while ThriveWave will focus on backend development and implementation. Both parties will contribute equally to project planning and management.
Duration of Partnership:
The partnership will be effective from January 1, 2053, and will continue for an initial period of two years, with the option to renew upon mutual agreement.
Financial Arrangements:
Both parties will share the development costs equally, and profits generated from the collaborative projects will be distributed based on the percentage of contribution from each partner.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and not to disclose any details to third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party.
Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the partnership with a written notice of 30 days if there is a breach of agreement or if mutually agreed objectives cannot be met.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration.
Governing Law:
This partnership agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
Next Steps:
We propose a meeting on February 15, 2053, to finalize the partnership details, discuss any questions or concerns, and sign the formal agreement.
We believe that this partnership has the potential to create a synergistic relationship and achieve shared success. We look forward to the opportunity to collaborate and would be delighted to discuss this proposal further at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for considering this partnership opportunity.
Sincerely,
Aubrey Jackson
