My reason for retirement is to prioritize quality time with my family. It has always been my dream to spend more time with my loved ones and create lasting memories together.

I am grateful for the opportunities and support provided by Delta Co. throughout my tenure, and I am confident that the team will continue to thrive under new leadership.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this transition. I have greatly enjoyed working with you and the entire team, and I will cherish the memories and experiences I gained during my time at Delta Co.

Please let me know if there are any documents or tasks that require my attention before my retirement date. I would be more than happy to assist in the smooth handover of responsibilities.
