Dear Ms. Pratt,
I am writing to formally resign from my position as the Nursing Head at Greenville Hospital. My last working day will be August 10, 2050, It is with a heavy heart that I have made this decision.
After careful consideration, I have come to realize that I need to prioritize spending quality time with my family. The demands and responsibilities of my role have been taking a toll on me, preventing me from dedicating the time and attention my loved ones deserve. It is crucial for me to create a healthier work-life balance that will allow me to be present and actively participate in family matters.
I appreciate the opportunities for professional and personal growth that I have been given during my time at Greenville Hospital. Working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals has been a truly rewarding experience. I am grateful for the support and guidance I have received.
I will ensure a smooth transition by completing any pending projects and providing comprehensive handover notes to my successor. Please let me know if there are any specific tasks or procedures you would like me to assist with during this period.
I would also like to extend my willingness to provide support during the recruitment and training of the new Nursing Head, if needed. Please do not hesitate to contact me at 222 555 7777 or hpaddock@email.com should you require any further information or assistance.
Thank you once again for the invaluable experience gained at Greenville Hospital. I appreciate the trust and confidence placed in me during my tenure. I have full faith in the capabilities of the team and the continued success of the organization.
Sincerely,
Hannah Paddock
