Dear Ms. Land,
I am writing this letter to address a serious concern regarding your recent behavior at ABG Logistics. It has come to our attention that you have exhibited insubordination in your interactions with both supervisors and colleagues.
In particular, on multiple occasions, you have disregarded direct instructions from your superiors and displayed a disrespectful attitude towards your colleagues. This behavior is not in line with the professional conduct we expect from our employees.
To rectify this situation, it is expected that you immediately adjust your behavior and demonstrate respect towards supervisors and colleagues. Failure to do so will result in further disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of your employment with ABG Logistics.
We firmly believe in providing opportunities for growth and improvement. Should you choose to address and rectify your behavior, we are willing to support you in your personal and professional development.
However, it is imperative that you understand the seriousness of this warning and the potential consequences of any future violations. We expect a positive change in your behavior, contributing to a respectful and harmonious work environment.
Should you require any guidance or have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or the HR department. It is our goal to work together towards your improvement and continued success at ABG Logistics.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
