I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally resign from my position as a Pediatric Nurse at Fortwell Hospital, effective immediately, due to medical reasons.
It deeply saddens me to have to make this decision, as I have greatly enjoyed my time working with the dedicated staff and patients at Fortwell Hospital. However, my current medical condition requires immediate attention and full-time rest for an indefinite period.
I truly appreciate the support and opportunities provided to me during my tenure at the hospital. I am grateful for the knowledge and experience I gained, which will undoubtedly serve me well in my future endeavors.
