Resignation Letter University Professor

September 15, 2050

Mr. Leon Dennis
Milliton University
47 Parkway Street

Los Angeles, CA 90017

Dear Mr. Dennis,

I hope this letter finds you well. It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as a university professor at Milliton University, effective December 31, 2050.

After careful consideration and reflection, I have decided to explore new opportunities and challenges outside of academia. This decision was not made lightly, as I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Milliton University and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the institution.

During my tenure at Milliton University, I have had the privilege of working with exceptional colleagues and mentoring talented students. It has been a rewarding experience to witness the intellectual growth and success of my students.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you and the entire university community for the support, guidance, and opportunities that have been provided to me throughout my time here. I am confident that Milliton University will continue to thrive and uphold its commitment to excellence in education.

Once again, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the opportunities I have been given and the relationships I have developed at Milliton University. I will cherish the memories and experiences gained during my time here.

If there is anything else I can do to help during this transition period, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. You can contact me at 222-555-7777 or via email at ldraper@email.com.

Thank you for your understanding and support. I wish Milliton University, its faculty, staff, and students continued success in all future endeavors.

Sincerely,

Lionel Draper
