Dear Mr. Porch,

I am writing to you on behalf of South Side Sea Hotels regarding an incident that transpired during my recent stay at your establishment. On May 31, 2055, I checked into your hotel room #456, and unfortunately, I experienced several inconveniences and unsatisfactory services.

Firstly, the air conditioning in the room was faulty and could not maintain a comfortable temperature, resulting in a restless and uncomfortable night's sleep. Secondly, the plumbing system malfunctioned, causing water leakage in the bathroom, which created safety hazards and an unpleasant living environment. Lastly, the level of cleanliness and maintenance fell below the standard I expected from your reputed establishment.

Considering the inconvenience caused during my stay, I kindly request that you provide compensation for my experience. I believe a fair and proper resolution would be a refund of 40% of my total room charges, equivalent to $200.
