Dear Mr. Mist,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the upcoming winter holidays. As the year draws to a close, it is important for our staff to acknowledge the invaluable role they play in the day-to-day operations of Celestine University.

My primary message to the staff would be one of gratitude and appreciation for their efficient and selfless contributions. As most members of our staff will be on vacation during the winter holidays, I encourage them to use this time for rejuvenation and relaxation.

The administration acknowledges the commitment and hard work undertaken by the staff throughout the year, and we hope this holiday season provides an opportunity for rest and family time.
