Dear Mr. Hayes,
This letter confirms our understanding of the terms and objectives of our engagement and the nature and limitations of the services we will provide for Pauline H. Williams.
We will provide standard accountancy services for Pauline H. Williams, including completing income tax returns, preparing financial statements, and providing general advice service.
We will provide the aforementioned services for the entire fiscal year of 2050. Our monthly retainer will be invoiced directly to Pauline H. Williams.
Our tasks will be performed following applicable professional standards. Pauline H. Williams has agreed to provide all necessary and accurate records for us to complete our services.
