Dear Mr. Walker,
I trust this letter finds you well. This letter serves as a request confirmation of our agreement regarding the renewal of the house rental property located at 654 Tranquil Trail, Apt 11 Whispering Woods, GA 67890.
As per our agreement on the phone, your lease, which expires on February 1, 2050, will be renewed for an additional period of 1 year. The renewed lease will therefore begin on February 3, 2050, and end February 1, 2051.
Under the renewed lease, the monthly rent will be $1000 payable on the first of every month. All terms and conditions stated in your initial house rental agreement remain the same unless otherwise amended in writing.
Please return a duplicate signed agreement by January 10, 2050. Failing to return the signed agreement by this date may result in the property becoming available to other prospective tenants.
