Dear Ms. Parsons,

This letter serves as a notice of termination of the office rental agreement between the undersigned parties for the office space located at Thrive Sphere BLDG, 909 Cedar Lane, BLDG Unit 89 Springfield, CA 90230. According to the terms and conditions of the said agreement, either party has the right to terminate the agreement with a certain notice.

As per the terms of our agreement, I am giving you 20 days' notice, effective from the date of this letter, to vacate and remove your personal property from the premises. This termination follows the agreed-upon terms and conditions outlined in the original lease agreement.

In accordance with local rental laws and regulations, you are expected to leave the property in a clean and undamaged condition. Please ensure that you have arranged to have all utilities disconnected by the date of termination. If there are any unpaid rents or damages, they will be deducted from the security deposit.

We appreciate your tenancy and cooperation in this matter and trust you understand the importance of complying with this notice.
