Job Summary

The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, modifying, and testing a broad range of components, machinery, and systems. They will ensure that design projects fulfill clients' specifications, cost targets, and performance criteria.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design proposals while adhering to budget and timeline requirements

• Use advanced software to create innovative designs and make modifications as necessary

• Liaise with production teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met

• Adhere to safety requirements and standards in all design work

• Utilize engineering principles to inspect and verify the functioning of designed products

Qualifications & Competencies

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline

• Proficiency in CAD and other design software

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

• Problem-solving and project management capabilities

• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently

Relevant Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer in a related field

• Experience with 3D modeling software

• Experience coordinating and working with multi-disciplinary teams
