I am writing to formally request a bonus of $200 for the significant amount of overtime work that I have rendered over the past week. It has allowed us to ensure that our projects are not only maintained but excel and surpass the expectations set forth by Ancello Solutions.

This additional work has greatly impacted the progress of our projects. The strength of a company often lies in the care its employees give, and I believe that the extra effort I have demonstrated warrants a suitable financial reward. Therefore, I request that the overtime work be recognized in the form of said bonus.

I understand that this money isn't handed out freely, but hope you will see the driving force that it could serve as. I genuinely value the ability to contribute to Ancello Solutions in a meaningful way and look forward to our continued success in the future.
