Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.

Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.

Stay current with technological developments and recommend system upgrades.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of server and network administration.

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus.
