We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and manage IT projects.

• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.

• Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.

• Stay current with technological developments and recommend system upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of server and network administration.

• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus.
