We are looking for a service-focused Customer Service Representative to help ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will be able to address customer concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism, fostering a high degree of customer satisfaction and loyalty and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions promptly
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
The candidate must have the following:
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
Good verbal and written communication skills
Possess strong active listening skills
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Ability to handle stress and stay level-headed in challenging situations
The ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required for this position. Ability to work with diverse clients and co-workers is also highly recommended.
