Job Summary

The Area Manager will oversee and ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of the area, implement strategies for business growth, foster key client relationships, and manage a team of employees.

Responsibilities and Duties

Plan and monitor daily operations
Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and minimize costs
Implement company policies, procedures, and standards consistently
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet revenue targets
Identify opportunities for business expansion
Manage relationships with key clients and partners
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of employees
Evaluate employee performance and implement corrective actions as necessary

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the electronic industry
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
