Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a case manager or in a similar role.

Excellent understanding and knowledge of case management principles and healthcare practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
