We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Back Office Executive to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing company’s paperwork, updating company databases, and providing support to our administrative team.
Processing company paperwork and updating company databases.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing email communications.
Providing high-quality customer service and resolving client issues efficiently.
Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Office, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
