Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Officer to play a crucial role in coordinating the recruitment process, conducting investigations related to employee relations, and managing employee benefits programs. This job also involves preparing and processing HR-related documentation. If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews

Conduct investigations and document findings related to employee relations issues

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans

Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including contracts, letters, and reports
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar field. Professional HR Accreditation, such as PHR or SPHR will be a plus. Strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to ethical practices are a must.
Experience
A minimum of two years experience in an HR role is required, coupled with proven experience in managing and resolving staff relations issues. Experience in producing reports and presenting information to senior management is also desirable.
Additional Requirements
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. An understanding of labor law and employment equity regulations, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to develop clear policies are also essential.
