Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone and email communication.
Understand the needs of the clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan to meet these.
Strategize with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and retention
Liaise with different departments within the company to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
An ability to build relationships with clients and maintain a strong professional rapport.
