We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Bar Manager to oversee staff management, ensure a positive customer experience, and optimize the bar’s performance. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism.
Manage daily operations of the bar including staffing, product offerings, and customer service.
Implement strategies to optimize bar performance and profitability.
Ensure the bar adheres to all licensing, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of products.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
