In this role, you will play a crucial part in the customer journey, from the onboarding process right through to ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will help customers understand product/service features and benefits, resolve any concerns, gather and analyze feedback for improvements, and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new customers, providing insights into our product/service features and benefits

  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions

  • Gather customer feedback on their product/service experiences, using this information to identify areas of improvement

  • Analyze feedback data, and work collaboratively with our product development and marketing teams to enhance the product/service offerings and overall customer satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their continuous satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach

  • Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage various customer accounts

A successful candidate would have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, be able to work collaboratively with different teams within the organization, and have a deep understanding of product/service features, benefits, and usage.
