Responsibilities and Duties

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job listings to conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.

Foster positive workplace relationships by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on conflict resolution.

Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, implementing updates as needed to maintain compliance.

Identify employee training needs, and design, and coordinate development programs.

Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new staff.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Exhibited knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage diverse relationships at all organizational levels.

Proven experience in conflict resolution and investigation.

In-depth understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Experience in facilitating onboarding processes and training initiatives.
Necessary Experience

Minimum three years of HR-related experience.

Experience in a fast-paced, result-oriented corporate environment.
