Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job listings to conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.

  • Foster positive workplace relationships by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on conflict resolution.

  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, implementing updates as needed to maintain compliance.

  • Identify employee training needs, and design, and coordinate development programs.

  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new staff.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

  • Exhibited knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage diverse relationships at all organizational levels.

  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and investigation.

  • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Experience in facilitating onboarding processes and training initiatives.

Necessary Experience

  • Minimum three years of HR-related experience.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, result-oriented corporate environment.
