Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to join our company. The front desk receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, and additional clerical duties. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet and welcome guests.

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

- Update calendars and schedule meetings.

- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Qualifications and Skills

- High School Diploma or associate’s degree.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
