Job Summary
We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Hospital Administrator, also known as a Hospital Administrator, to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The candidate will ensure the hospital operations run efficiently and are in line with our patient care goals. This position also requires a deep understanding of healthcare legislation, medical terminologies, and advanced knowledge of health care systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Plan and implement hospital policies and procedures.
2. Coordinate medical and non-medical staff.
3. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients.
4. Oversee daily operational activities of the hospital.
5. Ensure the hospital remains compliant with all laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration, hospital management, hospital administration, or related area.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminologies and healthcare legislation.
- Exceptional leadership and time-management skills.
