Job Description:

Precision Financial Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Assistant to support our financial department in managing all daily accounting duties. This is a crucial role within our organization, working closely with the financial team to ensure company-wide financial accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.

  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

  • Update and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

  • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
