Responsibilities and Duties

The Business Assistant will:

  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives or teams.

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and filing systems.

  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries, routing them as necessary.

  • Arrange travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.

  • Act as liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread written communications, including emails, memos, and reports.

  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information within the organization.

  • Ensure the office environment is organized and supplies are stocked.

  • Manage office equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.

  • Oversee the ordering of office supplies and manage inventory.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Proven experience as a Business Assistant or similar role

  • Experience with office management tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Additional Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
