We are currently seeking a highly organized and responsible Facilities Assistant to join our team. As the Facilities Assistant at our company, you will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager in making sure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently. This job requires superior maintenance and repair skills, an eagerness to lend a helping hand, and a strong dedication to maintaining the workplace's safety and functionality.
As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
Assist Facilities Manager in day-to-day duties
Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs
Proactively identify and resolve potential safety issues
Coordinate with external vendors as needed
Participate in office moves and renovations
Order, stock, and distribute office supplies
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work reliably with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to perform necessary tasks
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in facilities management is required for this role. Previous experience working with vendors and managing inventories is also beneficial.
