Responsibilities and Duties

As an Employee Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Act as a primary point of contact in addressing employee conflicts, disputes, and grievances.

  • Mediate and facilitate resolutions to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Develop, revise, and enforce company policies related to discipline, grievances, and general HR matters.

  • Conduct confidential investigations into complaints about misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or policy violations.

  • Collaborate in enhancing communication between employees and management.

  • Monitor and evaluate employee engagement and implement measures to augment job satisfaction and overall workplace environment.
