Our company is actively searching for a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Payable Analyst to manage and oversee our accounts payable process. The incumbent will play a crucial role in the financial team by ensuring that our financial obligations are met in an accurate and timely manner.
Organizing and processing vendor invoices
Coordinating with internal and external parties to resolve billing issues
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records
Compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as accounts payable analyst or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
Proficiency in data entry and management
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
