Job Title: Functional Analyst
We are in search of a Functional Analyst to support the development and implementation of information systems and business processes within our organization. Responsibilities and Duties
The Functional Analyst will:

Study and evaluate current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and changes

Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality

Analyze system and process performance, and report regularly on these analyses

Facilitate meaningful dialogue between technical stakeholders and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the implementation of effective solutions
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in the implementation of information systems and business processes.
