Job Title: Sample Director

We at Royce Retail are in search of a skilled and efficient Sample Director. This crucial position involves managing our sample inventory, enforcing quality control procedures, and liaising detail-oriented communication to relevant teams. The preferred candidate will be a seasoned professional with a knack for implementing effective systems and managing them over time.

Responsibilities and Duties

The duties of the Sample Director will include, but not limited to:

• Developing and implementing systems for tracking and managing sample inventory

• Establishing and enforcing quality control procedures for product samples

• Effectively communicating sample availability, specifications, and distribution details to relevant teams

Qualifications

Applicants are required to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role

• Expert knowledge and experience in quality control procedures

• Excellent communication skills

Additional Requirements

Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis methods is a significant plus. Confidence in decision-making and a good eye for detail are qualities you would ideally possess.
