Dear Mrs. Coleman,
I am looking to hold a festive gathering at your beautiful venue on December 15, 2050, between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. The gathering is expected to host around 50 individuals. The event will require a holiday-themed environment, including space for a Christmas tree and other relevant decorations. Set-up would ideally start early in the afternoon around 2 p.m.
