Dear Mrs. Coleman,
I am looking to hold a festive gathering at your beautiful venue on December 15, 2050, between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. The gathering is expected to host around 50 individuals. The event will require a holiday-themed environment, including space for a Christmas tree and other relevant decorations. Set-up would ideally start early in the afternoon around 2 p.m.
We talked earlier this month, and this letter serves as a formal request to confirm our reservation already set on said date. Kindly provide us with the detailed requirements we need to fulfill on our end for this to be successfully set up.
