Job Title: Education Director, Curriculum Development and Implementation
We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of the Education Director at EduSolutions Inc. Reporting directly to the Executive Board, the successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of curriculum and educational content.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates must possess a Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, or other relevant field.
You must excel in written and oral communication, problem-solving, strategic planning, and leadership, with a penchant for collaboration.
Proficiency in curriculum design and pedagogical methods, as well as experience with educational technologies, is crucial.
Familiarity with state and national educational standards is also needed.
Experience:
Ideal candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in strategic educational leadership, curriculum design and implementation, program management, and staff development.
Additional Requirements:
The potential Education Director should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment. A history of budget management, resource allocation, and program assessment will be considered assets. All candidates should also be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Your main tasks will include developing and updating educational content and curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards, recruiting, training and evaluating staff, overseeing the administration of educational programs, conducting staff meetings, and managing budgets and resources.
