Job Title: Event Coordinator

At Elegance Affair Co., we are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic, organized, and resourceful Event Coordinator. The successful candidate will be a committed individual with impressive skills to efficiently manage all event aspects from conception to clean up.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.

  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote and publicize events

  • Handle arising issues promptly and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day

  • Conduct thorough market research and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals

  • Ensure compliance with relevant insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations

  • Define staff requirements and manage their activities effectively

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Event Coordinator

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Exemplary problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently

  • Resourceful and innovative in managing event details

Necessary Experience:

At least two years practical experience in event coordination is crucial for this role.

Additional Requirements

Candidates are expected to be flexible in their schedule.Apart from regular office hours, evening and weekend work will be needed depending on event schedules.
